Roots Fittings Wire Terminal Tears Drop Duplex 2205 3mm

Roots team have developed a Water Drop like wire terminal in Duplex 2205 for wires of 3mm. Duplex 2205 is 30% stronger than A4 stainless steel. This part has been designed to allow the passage of a jib halyard. The lower part of the drop is over 4mm and is rounded, so your halyard has plenty of room!. You can also make a loop with your Dyneema trapeze ends on them without worries about them to break soon!

Breakage tests have concluded that the terminal did not deform when the wire broke, i.e. at over 800kg.
