Malcheski Color Telescopic Carbon Tiller Stick 1575-2920mm

A little EYE CANDY. Adjustable length tiller extensions.

All are 100% prepreg, processed at 250F/120°C. The heart of these units has not changed.Production is going forward in these colors., and one more not pictured
Each unit has a cover layer.Black is carbon twill (2 over 2 under weave Pattern). Blue and red cover is Kevlar/carbon DUAL TWILL ( meaning some Kevlar is woven in each direction).

Two lengths;
1. 62” to 115”,   1575mm to 2920mm      (8.5' or 2.6 meter boats like F18 etc use this size)
2. 68” to 131”,   1730mm to 3330mm       (10’ plus or 3 meter like Tornado, Nacra 20, Marstrom 20,  use this size)

Hand made by Mr Malcheski in the USA since almost 10 years. From cutting the prepreg carbon, to machining the locking mechanism parts, all is home made. Several hundred are in use. The units are made from prepreg unidirectional carbon fiber with a woven cover layer for beauty. The locking mechanism is very smooth and reliable.  The heart of these units has not changed. The options are Six different cover layers to choose from;

• Carbon twill covered units. The inner tube on this unit it is 100% unidirectional with a spiral finish.
• Red Kevlar/carbon twill covered unit. Both inner and outer are finished with red Kevlar/carbon.
• Blue Kevlar/carbon twill covered unit. Both inner and outer are finished with blue Kevlar/carbon.
• Orange Kevlar/carbon twill covered unit. Both inner and outer are finished with orange Kevlar/carbon.
• Gold metallic carbon twill covered unit. Both inner and outer are finished with gold metallic carbon twill.
• Red metallic carbon twill covered unit. Both inner and outer are finished with red metallic carbon twill.
